In 1963 the Ku Klux Klan bombed the 16th Street Baptist Church. Four precious little girls died.
Let’s do a thought experiment: suppose that some “moderate” members of the KKK wanted to build a Klan Activity and Meeting Center on the site of that church for the year 2013, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the bombing.
Would it help for them to claim that they were not radical Klan members, that they did not condone the bombing, that the Klan Center was a tribute to the victims, and that they wanted to celebrate the diversity in this country that would allow such a thing?
Why would anyone condone building a Mosque at Ground Zero?
Am I missing something on this Ground Zero Mosque, or does this guy make as much sense to you as he does to me?
