From Southern Seminary:
Dr. Hunter Baker will deliver the Fall 2010 Gheens Lectures, “The System Has a Soul: Lectures on Christianity and Secularism,” in Heritage Hall on September 14-15.
Dr. Baker is Senior Associate Dean for the College of Arts and Sciences and Associate Professor of Political Science at Union University. He has written for numerous popular and scholarly publications and has worked for the Rutherford Institute, Prison Fellowship Ministries, and the Georgia Family Council.
The first 100 students to arrive for Dr. Baker’s first lecture at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, Sep 14, will receive a complimentary copy of his book The End of Secularism (Crossway, 2009). The Gheens Lectureship schedule is as follows:
